You're right, that fixes dateOf (and to be clear, I don't see a clearly much
better fix). The one small concern I have is that because we use asCQL3Type()
when printing error message, we will show "timestamp" when DateType is used
even though "timestamp" is really TimestampType in practice. That being say, I
"think" this has no real practical consequence so +1.
