- cassandra-shuffle.bat seems very different than the ones already there. As
far as I can tell the differences are cosmetic, so I consolidate that.
- cassandra-stress.bat
- cassandra-stressd.bat
- cqlsh.bat
- debug-cql.bat
- sstableloader.bat
- sstablemetadata.bat
- sstablescrub.bat
- sstablesplit.bat
- sstableupgrade.bat
Not all files apply to all branches, but I figure I better include all the ones
I have.
