Switched to using a collection of cfs to be replayed where if no specific
ks/cf(s) are supplied everything is replayed. Added a .trim() to the ks and cf
params that can be supplied.
Param is still expected to be a comma separated list (so we can allow multiple
keyspaces and multiple cfs)
