Description:
We need a simple and automatic way of reporting/charting the performance
differences between two different branches of C* using cassandra-stress.
* Bootstrap appropriate java and cassandra onto a set of nodes
* Create cluster out of those nodes
* Run cassandra-stress write
* Allow compaction to settle
* Run cassandra-stress read
* Gather statistics and chart
