Patch to expose {{RequestThreadPoolExecutor}} through
{{o.a.c.metrics.ThreadPoolMetrics}}.
{{currentBlocked}} will always be 0, because we don't try to re-execute the
rejected task (in contradiction to DebuggableThreadPoolExecutor-based
executors).
