[~benedict] I wanted to test your suggestion of using drain() to ensure that
100% of the commitlogs get archived, which does not appear to work, I've
modified my script to test it both ways:
* test_archive_commitlog: Does not copy the active commitlogs, comes up short
on the rows it should have on restore.
* test_archive_commitlog_with_active_commitlog: Copies the active commitlogs
before restore, has the right number of rows on restore.
(Tested on cassadra-2.0)
