One of the common misconfigurations when using cassandra-stress is that it uses
SimpleStrategy. If the customer has configured the cluster with multiple DCs it
often gives the impression of abysmal performance and requires the intervention
of support/se/sa to sort things out.
We should switch to using NTS by default with an RF of 1 per local DC. Write
consistency should also be LOCAL_ONE by default.
