Summary: DevCenter's autocompletion doesn't handle quotes properly

If I manually type an identifier with double quotes, the closing one will be
doubled (which means I now have 1 double quote at the beginning and 2 at the
end).
The issue also arises if I type the opening double quote and let the auto
complete finish the identifier.
