You need to change to the current directory of cassandra.in.bat (via pushd
"%~dp0" ) before calling it in all the batch files. otherwise a call to
cassandra-cli.bat, for example, can not be executed from CASSANDRA_HOME. In
addition, v1 patch has the trailing white spaces issue.
