* For zero-arg functions, Cql.g and cqlsh support both {{foorbar()}} or just
{{foobar}}
* Changed reading of "function does not exist" to "...does not exist or none of
its overloads matches the current argument types"
* Other fixes from comments
Note: CASSANDRA-7740 should definitely be done.
