It appears cqlsh doesn't have completion for the trigger related statements and
we should probably add it.
Triggers are also not documented by the {{cql.textile}} file. I could swear we
already had a ticket for fixing the doc, but can't find it right now, so unless
someone remembers which ticket that is, let's maybe handle this here too.
