Most of the highest memory consuming data structure in Cassandra is now
off-heap. It will be nice to display the memory used by BF's, Index Summaries,
FS Buffers, Caches and Memtables (when enabled)
This ticket is to track and display off heap memory allocation/used by running
Cassandra process, this will help users to further tune the memory used by
these data structures per CF.
