The attached patch implements a human readable option (-H) for all byte values 
for compactionstats, netstats, and cfstats. It also changes "info" to just 
always use human readable byte values. Info appeared to me to try and be human 
readable anyway.

This is courtesy of the great Boot Camp at Cassandra Summit 2014. Thanks for a 
great experience!
