Sorry if I'm being daft, but isn't this accomplished by {{nodetool
truncatehints `hostname`}}? If so, would {{nodetool truncatelocalhints}} just
be more-or-less 'syntactic sugar' for {{nodetool truncatehints `hostname`}}?
