Weird behavior when adding entity via merging

I have a table in DB but no entities in model. When merging 'To Model'
1. New DbEntity & ObjEntity are shown in tree only after reloading project
2. Two (!!!) obj entities are created at once, i.e 'Artist' and 'Artist1'
