Kevin Menard closed CAY-1215.

Resolution: Fixed
Everything in org.apache.cayenne.gen and org.apache.cayenne.tools, as well as
the antlib file, were moved into the cayenne-tools module. There may be some
other candidates for migration, but these were the most obvious. Closing the
issue as the core of it is done. If anyone can think of anything else to move,
please feel free to just go ahead and move it.
