Need to implement loading of Cayenne runtime (and Modeler?) configuration via a
DI mechanism. This will include moving cayenne-di module from sandbox to
Cayenne proper and using it to provide access to DataDomain to the applications.
(this is very closely related to CAY-1318, as per CAY-1318 it is likely that
Configuration class will be removed from Cayenne and a replacement needs to be
provided)
