Description: Create a new module (cayenne-project-unpublished) for managing
filesystem-based Cayenne projects. I.e. this will mirror o.a.c.project and
o.a.c.configuration (project saving parts) , only will be based on the new DI
stack. The module will have an attached DI configuration that can be used in
