As discussed in this thread http://markmail.org/message/5tn3gxruak6flwn4 on
databases with lax referential integrity Cayenne would not only throw
FaultFailureException, but may misbehave in other ways. It would be nice to
have an ability to redefine fault resolving strategies for such databases.
