In both 3.1 and 3.0 Modeler "generate classes" menu is disabled when multiple
ObjEntities are selected. (and enabled when either a DataMap or a single
ObjEntity is selected). We should enable class generator in the multiple
ObjEntity selection case (even if multiple selection contains other types of
objects)... Class generator Dialog should preselect entities selected on the
tree.
