Per DataContextEJBQLFunctionalExpressions test (renamed to
DataContextEJBQLFunctionalExpressionsTemp.java) SQL generated by Cayenne
doesn't work on at least some DBs (Derby). Will need to test it across DBs and
implement appropriate syntax.
