faild tests on sqlserver

Failed tests:
testFetchLimitWithOffset(org.apache.cayenne.query.SelectQueryTest)
- this test generate correct query: SELECT TOP 4 t0.DATE_OF_BIRTH,
t0.ARTIST_ID, t0.ARTIST_NAME FROM ARTIST t0 ORDER BY t0.ARTIST_ID
but returned empty list in cayenne. (in squirrelsql it returned list
with 4 items)
testSelectLikeCaseSensitive(org.apache.cayenne.query.SelectQueryTest)
SELECT t0.DATE_OF_BIRTH, t0.ARTIST_ID, t0.ARTIST_NAME FROM ARTIST t0
WHERE RTRIM(t0.ARTIST_NAME) LIKE ? [bind: 1->ARTIST_NAME:'aRtIsT%'] - prepared
in 20 ms.
