[PATCH] LOB*QueryBuilders do not check isQuotingSQLIdentifiers

LOBBatchQueryBuilder, LOBInsertBatchQueryBuilder, and
LOBUpdateBatchQueryBuilder do not check the QuotingSQLIdentifiers property.
This results in wrong SQL where tables or columns are not found.
I've attached patches fixing this.
