Re: Boolean... I agree that we need to address that, do not think suggested
implementation is right though. I suggest that instead of changing common
BooleanType, you create a NuoDB specific version. See for instance
DB2BooleanType inner class of DB2Adapter. I think it does what you need.
Re: String marshalling. -1 on that. IMO this is not a feature of Cayenne that
we should support, but rather a byproduct of the driver implementation.
