Description:
Want to bring back some sanity to cdbimport options and unify configuration
options. The following config parameters will be removed in favor of
"reverseEngineering" object. Or if they were deprecated in 4.0 in favor of
another attribute, they will be removed all together:
1. catalog
2. schema (ex. schemaName)
3. excludeTables
4. includeTables
5. procedurePattern
6. tablePattern
7. importProcedures
8. meaningfulPk
UPGRADE NOTES
This is a breaking change that will require users to reconfigure their build
scripts for cdbimport. Docs are pending per this pull request:
