Summary: Db_entity: if user edits Target in Relationship, all data
in relationship dialog isn't cleared

*Cayenne version: 4.1.M2-SNAPSHOT.*
*Steps:*
1. Open Cayenne Modeler
2. Switch at the db_entity, click "Properties" tab
3. Change the "target" at the relationship dialog
*Actual result:* *changed only the "target"* value. The another information
stayed the same.

*Expected result:* all *data (except Relationship name)* in relationship dialog
*is cleared*.
