1. When 'Make Pairs' checkbox is disabled, after reopen CodeGeneratorDialog the
'Superclass Template' dropdown should be disabled.
2. On disable 'Make Pairs' the 'Subclass Template' dropdown should be disabled
to, and generator should use the singleclass.vm template for generation by
defauld.
