Some changes produced by lifecycle callbacks could be absent from the
{{ChangeMap}} in the {{CommitLogListener}} in {{excludeFromTransaction}} mode.
Note that this issue has very similar description as CAY-2735, but underlying
problem is different so this goes as a separate task.
