Description:
DB Import panel looks very different from the rest of the Modeler. Let's unify
the looks and make it more intuitive:
* consistent row spacing (25px, same as tables everywhere)
* full-width row selection background
* full-width field editor
* Not losing the rule icons when editing
* Proper selection font color (currently black for the DB objects list)
* Split toolbars - one for the left , one for the right panel
There's more to be done (finding a place for "Advanced Options", etc), but this
is the initial list that makes it much prettier.
