Just noticed a bug with DB Import left-hand rules editor that seems to have
been introduced in 5.0-M1. Sometimes when clicking on a rule node to edit it, a
white space appears, pushing the node right below it down.
I couldn't reproduce this on 4.2.3. But also it happened prior to the recent
5.0-M2 changes
