Description:
Let's host a Claude Code "plugin" for agentic coding with Cayenne. It will
describe a number of common "skills" related to Cayenne and usage of MCP server.
There's no standardized plugin format accepted by all tools (though they all
look similar). Currently focusing on Claude Code, but we can probably create a
build pipeline that translates that to Codex, etc.
