"cayenne-commitlog" is universally useful and doesn't have any dependencies
beyond Cayenne core. Let's merge it to the core module:
* CommitLogModule should be merged into CoreModule
* CommitLogModuleExtender should be merged to CoreModuleExtender
* The old module can stay around, with just the CommitLogModule class
(deprecated), returning CoreModuleExtender.
