A new "cayenne-full-db-sync" skill for full db synchronization, comprised of
the 3 existing skills run sequentially:
1. db-import
2. cleanup names
3. run cgen
There's a bit of prompt overlap with "db-import". This skill should be
triggered when a user asks for the full sync ( 'import the new tables and
rebuild the entities', 'full DB sync', 'bring the model and classes up to date
with the DB')
