In the Modeler:
1. Create new DbEntity
2. Select "Database-generated" PK Strategy
3. Switch to Properties, add DbAttribute make it a PK
4. Switch back to DbEntity - "Auto-Increment" field is still disabled. Needed
to unselect "Database-generated" and select it again for it to become enabled
