Description:
There is are some issues with locking / synchronizing within the framework and
especially the service registry
Improve and simplify locking and/or introduce synchronizations points.
Especially when interacting with the shell (e.g. retrieve installed bundles),
or when using remote services (e.g. dynamically installing of endpoints).
