Log:
Moved everything but CmisClient from model.py to domain.py, moved all Atom Pub
specific logic to atompub_binding.py, moved generic util functions to util.py,
changed method signature on ACL.addEntry() so that callers do not have to
instantiate an ACE object before calling, created a starter browser_binding.py
module
