Woo..that will make CBDB version grow up quickly, as we have lot's of codes to be open source with catalog changes. In fact, we guarantee catalog no changed in patch versions in commercial ones. Ask @my-ship-it for help about this topic, that should be another discussion outside of this PR. When developers develop codes, they don't need to consider what the version should be, a catalog_change label is necessary if there was.
