Hello Team, I would appreciate your assistance in investigating a performance issue we are experiencing following our migration to Cloudberry. Source Environment Platform: Greenplum 6.26.3 Deployment: Single VM Primary Segments: 28 RAM: 755 GB Swap: 63 GB Database Size: Approximately 21 GB Target Environment Platform: Cloudberry 2.1.0 Migration Method: CBCopy Deployment: 2 Worker Nodes Total Primary Segments: 8 RAM per Node: 440 GB Swap per Node: 129 GB Database Size: Approximately 19 GB Issue Although the database size is relatively small and the target environment has sufficient memory resources, we have observed significantly slower query performance after the migration to Cloudberry compared to the source Greenplum environment. We would appreciate your guidance on: Potential causes of the performance degradation. Recommended post-migration validation and tuning activities. Any Cloudberry-specific configuration parameters that should be reviewed. Best practices for comparing execution plans and segment utilization between the two environments.
