    Docs: add IP fragmentation tuning guidance for interconnect network errors
    
    Add troubleshooting guidance to the "IP fragmentation settings" section
    of the deployment prep docs to help users resolve the recurring error
    "interconnect may have encountered a network error, please check your
    network".
