It seems that greenplum/cloudberry has never supported
`hcatalog.default.table_name` table access (I think Apache HAWK supported this
scenario). So,
* remove all check `runSqlTest("features/hcatalog/*");` - they are not
executed
* remove `\d hcatalog` check - it also never worked with cloudberry
* rewrite some `hcatalog` test to pure `hive` tests, when it improves test
coverage.
