I just edited the comment. Our Cloudstack manager hosts were configured with german locale (`de_DE.UTF-8`). The KVM hosts themselves are also configured with German locale, but the problem was solved by changing only the manager to `en_US.UTF-8`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
