@rhtyd As I mentioned in my last reply, we still need this PR in 4.15.1 to keep the operations same as 4.14 and below. The behaviour(what we are discussing now in this thread) of detaching disks from VM upon destroy is completely a new behaviour though it is right one, I would prefer to do it in 4.16 and document the new behaviour as an improvement.
