   @rhtyd I think the “fcd” folder was only part of it. The other part was 
CloudStack ejecting the disks and expecting VMware to remount it which seemed 
to not work in newer versions of VMware.

you help test latest 4.15 branch in your env if you've solidfire, we think 
#5057<https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/5057> may have fixed the basic 
issue of volume creation on solidfire (in a storage agnostic way).
