@ngrosc there was a plan to implement transfer of ownership (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Change+VM+ownership), but I don;t think it ever got anywhere. Another workaround would be to take a snapshot of the VM and to create a template from the snapshot and start a VM from that in the other account.
