@nvazquez you are right. As far as I know, none of the PRs fixed bugs in `changeServiceForVirtualMachine` but instead ensured to use API command `scaleVirtualMachine` which is working fine and does handle same cases as `changeServiceForVirtualMachine`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
