   tried to boot an old instance with uefi and still facing the same error.

    running on CloudStack 4.15.3.0-snapshot.20210929

   tried to boot 2nd time a new created instance and still the same issue so it 
is not fixed. please open it again
   
   
   also 1st boot of router is on uefi

   have to destroy and create again
