Login page Single Sign-On tab shows IdPs in non alphabetical order and it's
not possible to type (search). Note: This was legacy UI behaviour.
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure SAML with multiple IdPs (federated)
2. Go to “Single Sign-On” tab
##### DESIRED RESULTS
1. IdP list in alphabetical order
2. Enable typing and filter IdP list (search)
