##### SUMMARY
When a SAML user exists in more than one account, it is possible to switch
from one domain to another, but the lateral menu is loaded based only on the
first account permissions. (Per instance User Role don’t have Domain menu)
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a SAML user to an Account with User Role
2. Add same SAML user to an Account with Domain Admin Role
3. Login with SAML user
4. Switch Domain
Using primate-qa environment the user Rick was created first into an account
with a user role, and user Sheldon the first creation was into a domain admin
account.
##### EXPECTED RESULTS

Switching between domains reload lateral menu.

Menu is loaded based only on the first account permissions.
