When I try to bring the record usage of a project, nothing is happening. It
brings me all records from all projects
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open cloudmonkey and type:
list usagerecords projectid=408271ae-fa1c-44e3-b8d7-50f7dab3100c
startdate=2022-01-01 enddate=2022-01-02
or
list usagerecords account=myaccount startdate=2022-01-01 enddate=2022-01-01
##### EXPECTED RESULTS
Retrieve only usage records from the desired project
