Hi @AlexanderKgr sorry I have just read your comment. I can see the upgrade script for 4.16.0 to 4.16.1 alters that table, but it seems like you were not using the cloud_usage schema before? After creating the cloud_usage database, did you experience the same failure or succeeded? Good you have fixed, the cloud_usage database was needed in this case.
